They accepted our offer and we got our needs met for a great price! She's been a great resource, extremely patient, and was so fun to spend time with looking at homes. I highly recommend her!

I have had to buy and sell 11 homes in the past 25 years and worked with many Real Estate agents. When you team with Sadie, your relationship with her isn't' like any other Real Estate Agent and it doesn't end on closing day. It starts with Sadie's professionalism, knowledge of the area, and her real estate expertise making the overwhelming mission of finding and purchasing your perfect dream home a fun and easier experience. She always kept me in the loop and answered any questions I had on process, funding, inspections, to local utility company points of contact. Once we closed, Sadie continued to reach out to me about our new home, she made sure I received all title paperwork once it had been registered with the county and reminded me and kept me notified on our escrow funds to complete final cosmetic issues by the assigned deadline and set up the follow up inspection. After we were all moved in, Sadie was the pinnacle of providing us with local contractors for any type of work we wanted to get done. SHe also let us know of local events in the area and places we should check out. She KNOWS everyone. She is just not your Real Estate Agent, she is your neighbor, friend, and treats you like family!. If we ever decide to sell our house, I know Sadie WILL be our Real Estate Agent, again. She is LIKE NO OTHER. Genuine, honest, hardworking, and best of all, she is the one you are working with beginning to end.

Sadie assisted us a few years back when looking for a home building site in Eden. She was very responsive to our needs and the transaction closed within a week. When we advised her we were possibly looking for another property, she kept in contact with us and provided updated listings she thought would meet our criteria and made sure we were NOT bombarded with a high-pressure email campaign. Just recently, we purchased a condo sight unseen as Sadie provided us with a Face-time walk through of the property and added her insights as to what she was viewing as well. I've been working with Sadie on finding a house for years, she's been sooo patient. I'm not sure how many houses we've walked through together but it's probably an embarrassing amount. I'm a 1st time home buyer, not a millionaire, and too picky for my price bracket but we finally found an amazing home! We closed a week ago and it was a fantastic deal. Sadie is very honest about what she thinks so you don't feel like she's trying to up-sale you or working for a commission or something, she's just very laid back.
